General Pub Staff | Full & Part-Time Roles

We are looking for enthusiastic pub staff to provide an excellent guest dining and drinking experience. We offer a competitive salary based on age and experience; plus you'll also receive a share of tips and discounts on both food and drink.

Responsibilities include preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving meals and drinks. Assessing customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations. Mixing ingredients to prepare cocktails. Checking customers’ identification and confirming it meets legal drinking age requirements. Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies. Staying guest focused and nurturing an excellent guest experience. Complying with all food and beverage regulations.

Sous Chef | Full Time

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our friendly team. The role will compromise assisting the management in all aspects of a busy kitchen, maintaining efficient and profitable service, maximising the profitability through effective cost controls, and to maintain consistent standards of service ensuring customer satisfaction.

Salary is up to £28,000 depending on experience and the successful candidate will be rewarded with a share of tips, discount on both food and drink and work within a highly regarded, family run pub. Shift pattern will be dictated by the needs of the business and will be spread over five days.

Commis Chef | Full Time

We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our friendly team. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and the successful candidate will be rewarded with a share of tips, discount on both food and drink and work within a highly regarded, family run pub. Shift pattern will be dictated by the needs of the business and will be spread over five days.

Housekeeper | Part-Time

We are looking for a hardworking, attention-to-detail type of person to join our housekeeping team. You do not need to have any previous experience or skills, although these are desirable, as you will be trained on the job.

As a member of our housekeeping team, you will ensure our rooms are serviced to the highest standards to meet the needs of our guests. Your main responsibilities will be laundry and linen management, ensuring maintenance issues are reported correctly, maintaining guest accommodation in line with standards of performance and ensuring you are always compliant with health and safety standards.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with salary of £9.16 per hour, a share of tips, discount on both food and drink and work within a highly regarded, family run pub. Shift pattern will be dictated by the needs of the business and will typically be between 4-5 hours per day, Mondays and Fridays, however extra shifts can be picked up.
